The PATH is a multi-dimensional, hands-on way to learn and experience Bible stories for children in preschool (3 or 4 years old) through 5th grade.
9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. - The PATH For preschoolers through 5th graders
About The PATH:
At First Presbyterian Church Napa we use a creative model of Sunday school called the Workshop Rotation model. Bible story lessons are presented in four week units with children rotating with their age group to a different workshop each Sunday. Children might dress up and act out the story one week, then create a piece of art, watch a movie, play games, perform in a puppet theater, do a science experiment, or do a cooking activity (to name a few!) in the following weeks. By hands on participation in each of the workshops, children are better able to understand and remember the Bible stories. Children have a great time because there are a variety of activities that are loads of fun!
Welcome to May at The PATH! We'll be doing cooking (a.k.a. science experiments), drama, art, and movies as we learn the story of Saul and his conversion on the road to Damascus. Please join us!
